Watch, Listen And Learn: The Stills Go Behind The Scenes Of Their New Album

Montreal’s The Stills will release their new album, Without Feathers, this week, and since we’ve been championing them since way back before their Rememberese EP was released, we figured it’d be a good idea to get involved with this cool new feature those kids at Vice have started up. Basically, The Stills sat down, listened to their new album track by track and talked about the whole experience of recording each tune.

We’ll have a new video for you each day this week, starting with “She’s Walking Out.” It takes a second to download, but it’s totally video iPod/iTunes friendly and very much worth the wait. Vice has the video commentary for track 1, “In The Beginning,” up on their site and Spin.com is running the other five video commentary tracks all this week.

MONDAY: “She’s Walking Out”

TUESDAY: “In The End”

WEDNESDAY: “Outro”

THURSDAY: “It Takes Time”

FRIDAY: “Baby Blues”

The Stills will be touring this spring with Rogue Wave in support of Without Feathers. You can check out all details on that guaranteed good time right here.

VH1 is now streaming the entire Without Feathers album, but if you’re more of a download kind of person, you can download the track “Destroyer” on the band’s MySpace page too.
