I wish there was some better way to communicate electronically how much joy it brings me to insert the above cover art into the post. Or that MGMT sound closer to Super Furry Animals here than they do Chairlift. But there isn’t. It stays inside. Lead mpfree from MGMT’s forthcoming Congratulations certainly doesn’t share the same feel as any of the hits that lined Oracular Spectacular, but be patient. Like the rest of the album, this is a serious grower.
