PJ Harvey (who cancelled her Chicago gig Dec. 5 due to sickness- Grrrr!) will be cybercasting the opening date of her North American tour tonight on the web. The gig went down December 1st at Toronto’s Phoenix Concert Theater and was described through Music 365 as “a near-perfectly polished performance”. The intimate performance features songs from the spectacular new album “Stories From The City, Stories From The Sea”, as well as the older tricks the Polly Jean used to turn. The webcast will only be broadcast tonight on virtuecast.com from 7pm UK time (please do your own UK / US time difference equation). It can also be accessed on the affiliated sites virtuetv.com and virtueoz.com.
PJ still has some shows left on her North American tour, then she will rock her first ever tour of Australia and New Zealand in the New Year.
