All is not fair in love and ritual sacrifice, and apparently, whatever compelled Rose McGowan and Marilyn Manson to try the old “get married, settle down on a nice plot of land with a white, picket-fence” thing, has disappeared. The shock-rocker and his screen siren got engaged in February of 1999, and have been seen out together as recently as last week, but according to Manson’s publicist, the two “are splitting up altogether.” In a statement released by McGowan’s publicist, the actress states, “There is a great love, but our lifestyle difference is, unfortunately, even greater.” What?!Ö shopping for matching bras wasn’t enough?
