Noel Gallagher has crowned the first band to his record label Sour Mash. Proud Mary a Manchester five-piece have inked a deal with the upstart label, after working with Gallagher at his Wheeler End Studio in Birkshire. Gallagher has been producing tracks for the bandís debut record, due out later in the year. Oasis has also talked about releasing an album in the New Year, after spilling the beans at the Rock in Rio festival, that the band has completed material for a possible fifth album.
Oasis will put their touring shoes back on this summer, when they storm the US with The Black Crowes.
