As speculated Courtney Love has confirmed the line up to her all female assault on the rock and roll world. Bastard will feature members of Hole, Veruca Salt, and Rockit Girl, and is rumored to be released on the legendary Epitaph punk label. According to
holemusic.com the chicks with picks will consist of
Love on guitar and lead
Vocals, Veruca Salt’s Louise Post on lead guitar, ex-Hole drummer Patty Schemel and Gina Crosley from Rockit Girl on bass.
Bastard will immediately storm the studio to record material for the album. Talking about the project Love said, “We’re hoping to make a south of France, AC/DC, fuck-off record”.
