Wednesday Express: PJ Harvey Pulls Out, Pedro The Lion Sad Again

PJ Harvey will miss the first few dates of the North American leg of the U2 Elevation World Tour, due to illness. The charismatic singer /songwriter has been attacked by the Flu bug and will miss the opening date of March 24 in Ft. Lauderdale. Harvey will hopefully join the tour on the fifth night in Houston, Texas.

Seattleís low key, near suicidal sounding Pedro The Lion will release the follow up to last yearís piece of gold Winners Never Quit which is described by drummer Trey Many as “darker” and “heavily incorporating
the electric piano”. Singer David Bazanís heartfelt and insecure lyrics about failed relationships and references to God will appear on the yet untitled album this August, when the boys at Jade Tree plan on releasing it.
