Coldplay’s North American Tour On Again

Coldplay’s tour of the states in support of their debut, Parachutes, which has been in limbo due to frontman Chris Martin’s nagging vocal troubles, is officially back on and will kick off May 30th in Atlanta and wrap up June 27th at NYC’s Radio City Music Hall. And, for those of us who were forced to endure a fan’s rendition of “Yellow” at Irving Plaza in NYC back in February, they will also be making up that cancelled show on April 9th at Roseland. California-based Grandaddy will be along for the ride in support of last year’s The Sophtware Slump.

The tour dates are as follows:

April 9: New York (Roseland Ballroom / Coldplay only)
April 24: Boston (Avalon / Coldplay only)
May 30: Atlanta (Tabernacle)
June 2: Philadelphia (Electric Factory)
June 4: Montreal (Metropolis)
June 5: Toronto (Warehouse)
June 7: Detroit (State Theatre)
June 8: Chicago (Aragon Ballroom)
June 10: Dallas (Bronco Bowl)
