Belle and Sebastian Offer New Sounds On Single and Soundtrack

For a band that made a firm stance of no tours or singles this year, Belle and Sebastian appear to be tripping over their gentle words. The Scottish folk lords will release a single titled “Jonathan and David in June according to the bandís US label Matador. The B-sides will be “Take Your Carriage Clocks” and “The Loneliness of the Middle Distance Runner”, and will be available on seven-inch, twelve-inch and CD5. B&S recently blessed Todd Solondzí forthcoming film, providing the soundtrack for the untitled piece. Matador plans to release the soundtrack in August, and there is absolutely no information on this new film projectÖdammit.
