For all you Canucks, and lucky travelers, who just happen to be in Toronto on May 17th, you are cordially invited to attend R.E.M.’s free outdoor concert in downtown Toronto on May 17, just two days after Warner Bros. releases its latest set, Reveal. A spokesperson for the band’s management confirms that the lunchtime show will take place at the corner of Toronto’s Yonge and Dundas Streets.
R.E.M. is also due to perform on CBS’ Late Show With David Letterman on the day of the album’s North American release, but the Toronto show is its only other appearance currently scheduled on this continent.
