Blur Starting Work On New Album

According to Fatboy Slim, who’s spreading himself awfully slim these days (can’tÖcontrolÖfingers), our boys Blur are starting work on, what is always, an eagerly-awaited new album, and looking to possibly do some collaboratin’ with the aforementioned DJ. “Blur approached me about working on their new album,” Fatboy said. “I agreed on the condition that if it doesn’t work out, we don’t use it. So we’re going to give it a try and see what happens. No ties.” And in case any Blurphiles are a wee bit worried by this possible combo, he clarifies, “no, they’re not going to go dance!” What? You mean like “Girls and Boys” wasn’t dance? Oh, nevermind.
