One of the fastest growing bands on the planet at the moment (fan and industry wise, definitely not by weight or height standards) are Chicagoís Alkaline Trio. The three piece recently released their massive breakthrough album titled From Here To Infirmary, and have announced their own headlining tour which kicks off May 30 in Portland. Alkaline Trio have previously opened up for Face to Face and Blink-182, and will now be joined by a sleuw of Vagrant cohorts including, Dashboard Confessional, No Motiv, and Hot Rod Circuit. WKQX in Chicago recently added “Stupid Kid”, the single that is taking the commercial specialty world by storm.
