Alanis Morissette Says Yes To Madonna

After stating publicly that her record label, Maverick, basically blew big chunks when it came to promoting her last (and, letís be honest, pretty crappy) album, Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie,Alanis Morissette has agreed to stay with the label for her next release. Maverickís biggest star has been threatening to jump ship (a move that could devastate the fledgling label), so the big boss woman ñ that would be Madonna – took matters into her own hands and arranged a pow wow with Morissette to resolve the matter between the two. Apparently, it worked (I mean, really, whocould say no to Madonna). Her new album will be released later this year.
