We know you people can’t go a couple days without getting the 411 on what that Courtney Love character has been getting herself into this week, so here ya go – according to sources who were at the Russian Tea Room in NYC on Monday (6/18), her show with Roddy Bottum(Faith No More), where they unveiled some of the pop/jazz/blues standards they’ve been writing for Love’s next film, Hello Suckers,made quite an impression on the audience. Exactly what kind of impression is still to be determined. One Broadway insider went on record saying, “She was appalling, screaming at the audience, stumbling around, and her act was a mess,” Of course, that’s a good thing in the rock world. Another Broadway insider, however, found the show to be “irreverent, but absolutely amazing!” Well, either way – as always ñ the gal gets a reaction.
