and does not have a domestic release planned at this date, so get your surf on and go check it out!

In a summer of great package tours, from Moby’s Area:One to Perry Farrell’s Jubilee to
the electronic carnival, Mekka, there was a lot to look forward to. Unfortunately, there’s one less to look
forward to now. The Pet Shop Boys’ Wotapalava festival, a gay-themed touring extravaganza has
been canceled. The tour, due to feature the headliners, as well as Soft Cell, Rufus
Wainwright, The Magnetic Fields, as well as DJs Danny Tenaglia and Junior
Vasquez was rocked by the defection of Sinead O’Connor a few weeks back. The organizers,
unable to find a replacement of equal drawing value, have had to postpone the event and hope to bring it to
our shores in 2002.
