Pearl Jam, Sonic Youth for All Tomorrows Parties

The U.S. version of the extremely successful U.K. underground rock festival, All Tomorrows Parties, has secured some heavy indie hitters for its debut at UCLA on Oct. 19-21 of this year. The festival’s curators, Sonic Youth, will be headlining, along with not-quite-underground- rockers, Pearl Jam. Other confirmed acts includes BS2000 (the side-project of Beastie Boys’ Adam Horovitz), Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Television, the Melvins, Dead C., Cat Power, Stereolab, Quixotic, and the Boredoms among others. The U.S. version will also debut a new feature for attendees with a venue for film and spoken words events. For more info, check out www.wayahead.com/atp/.
