According to Mr. Showbiz and the BBC, Irvine Welsh is currently writing a follow up to 1996’s groundbreaking movie Trainspotting called Porno. The movie would see its favorite characters, Renton, Spud, Sick Boy (who is now a pornographer) and Begbie 10 years after Trainspotting left off. Welsh says that he might not cast the same actors in this film as he feels it would be “interesting to see how other people played their parts.” We honestly don’t know what would happen – other than Begbie killing Renton in the first 5 seconds while Spud cries and Sick Boy pushes off while shooting some brand new porn.
