Snapshots From Ground Zero

Hi. I live on the corner of Fulton & Gold, a few blocks from where the World Trade Center used to stand. I was at home, getting ready for work when the WTC attacks happened. Ever the photographer, I took my digital camera outside to document what was happening… I ended up with some amazing “before” and “after” shots. I posted them on my website for all to see. I want everyone to see them because the media really didn’t have the access I had to the aftermath of the collapse. It was deathly quiet and totally eerie. The whole event scared the hell out of me and I’m very happy to be here today to pass these along to everyone. The response I’ve gotten from everyone is amazing and I hope everyone can appreciate them for what they are. Documentation of our nation’s greatest tragedy from someone trapped in the moment.
