Big Day Out For New Order and Garbage

Details of the 2002 edition of Australiaís biggest music festival, Big Day Out, are beginning to trickle in. The initial lineup includes such acts as Prodigy, New Order, the Crystal Method, NOFX, Garbage, U.K. DJ Dave Clarke, and several native bands, including Grinspoon and Regurgitator. As usual, several artists are expected to sign on as the “big day” approaches. The annual festival, which comprises six outdoor shows in Australia and New Zealand, has an average total audience of 250,000 Fosterís drinking, kangaroo riding spectators. Gíday.
