Jade Tree records will continue their tradition of releasing split EPs this January, when they drop a bomb containing seven songs performed by Alkaline Trio and Hot Water Music. Both bands recently performed together on the Plea For Peace tour, and have decided to release some new material for the split, getting their “undercovers” on as well. Alkaline Trio will unleash two newbies titled, “Queen of Pain” and “While You’re Waiting”, along with the cover of HWM’s “Rooftops”. Gainesville’s Hot Water Music (beards and all) will hand out the new jams, “God Deciding” and “Russian Roulette”, along with their renditions of two awesome Alk3 songs; “Radio” and “Bleeder”. Look for this EP January 22, 2001 on the Jade Tree label.
