The world famous band with a cause, or more accurately, many different causes, U2, will take their message to almost a billion people around the globe when they perform during the half-time show at Super Bowl XXXVI. U2, who are no strangers to large venues, are sure to put on a spectacular performance, though it seems hard to imagine Bono rocking out in his fly shades accompanied by a battalion of cheerleaders, flag girls and baton twirlers. No matter what the band decides to do for the halftime spectacular, it is sure to be one million times more entertaining than last years dance off between the aging Stephen Tyler and Britneyís curly haired boyfriend Justin from N*SYNC. This yearís festivities take place February 3 at the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans and will be televised on FOX. Oh yea, Go Bears!
