Linkin Park Canít Get Enough Revolution

Rap / Rock newcomers Linkin Park have decided that touring is just too much fun to stop. So now that their Countdown to Revolution Tour has come to an end, the group has organized the Projekt Revolution Tour (ok ñ we get it, you’re edgy, you can stop calling everything Revolution) with Cypress Hill, Adema and DJ Z-Trip. Today, 18 dates were announced for the revolutionary arena tour, which will cover late January and most of February 2002. Bong-ripping Cypress Hill rapper B-Real sums up why this event is worth seeing: “What makes this tour great is the collaboration of the heavy guitars and drums along with the hip-hop. Not only are you getting Linkin Park, a band that does the fusion hip-hop/metal stuff, you got Cypress Hill that’s hip-hop and dabbles with the metal. So we cover all the bases.” Yes, all of the bases indeed. Kind of like the classic line “We have both kinds of music, country and western.” Projekt Revolution kicks off January 29 in Colorado Springs.
