In perhaps the most exciting and hilarious news of the new year, intellectually stuck-up and all around know it all Moby was recently hospitalized after being attacked by a kitty-cat. Yes kids, the owner of the most commercially licensed album of all time, has proven that the old theory of all book smarts, no street smarts, rings true. Apparently, while taking a New Years stroll through Chinatown (the cleanliness capitol of NYC), Moby came across a stray cat and, for some reason, his enormous intellect convinced him that it would be a good idea to pet the cute little thing. Iím not sure how any of you were raised, but I believe itís pretty standard in the upbringing department that petting stray animals is a no-no. The cute little kitty, which had probably been chewing on hypodermic needles in a dumpster 10 seconds prior, proceeded to take a bite of poor Mobyís hand. As Moby screamed in agony, the cat shouted, “Play Sucks” and ran off. As if thatís not funny enough, Moby thought that he had super human strength, or healing power or who knows what and chose not to seek medical attention at the time. The star awoke the next day with no feeling in his bitten hand and finally decided to hit up the emergency room, where he was greeted with ridicule and sly jokes at his expense. Let this be a lesson to everyone, stray cats are badÖ donít pet them cause they will bite youÖ and if you do pet them and they do bite youÖ go see a doctor because in this case doctors are your friend.
