Weezer Announce Online Demos, February Tour With Saves The Day

Weezer are back in the studio, working on the following up the Green album. Fourteen new downloadable demos are up on the weezer.net site, containing five tracks labeled “new”. We don’t know who produce the new record, but if Ric Ocasek wants a billion dollars, we’re sure that he will climb back on board this nonstop bus o’ insanity. Vagrant all-stars Saves The Day have been tapped as the opening act for Weezer for their February tour which begins in Charlotte on the 5th. Saves The Day have moved into the MTV2 programming rotation, and their video for “At Your Funeral” has been one of the station’s most requested and most aired videos. Check out the New Jersey crew on Late Night with Conan O’Brien on Wednesday January 9.
