Northern California alt-metal rockers Papa Roach have announced a release date for their Sophomore DreamWorks effort lovehatetragedy, according to billboard. The set, which is the follow-up to 2000ís Infest, will hit the streets on June 25. Producer Brendan OíBrien, of Pearl Jam and Rage fame, has been working with the band on the vocal tracking and mixing in his Atlanta studio and expects to wrap next month. Papa Roach will play a March 14 gig at the Caracas Pop Festival II in Caracas, Venezuela in celebration of the albums completion. Korn, No Doubt, Alanis Morissette and Roger Waters will also be on the bill at the four-day event. In other Roach news, a DVD is in the works and is expected to be ready for distribution in April. Also, expect a North American tour this summer in support of lovehatetragedy.
