The Telegraph Co. Readies Book Of Rock Quotes

Brooklyn and Pittsburgh-based record label and publishing house, the Telegraph Company, will send a book into publication that compiles hundreds of quotes taken straight from the mouths of rock and rollís biggest stars. The book, titled Mouthing Off: A Book of Rock & Roll Quotes, was compiled by journalist John D. Luerssen and will go into publication in June of this year. According to a representative from Telegraph, the book is organized by subject matter, with topics ranging from the music industry to songwriting to drug use, with a broad cross-section of artists offering diverse commentary on each. The coolest thing about this book is that it makes no distinction between rockís biggest stars and underground heroes. The book taps mega-stars like Bono and Michael Stipe, but also includes quotes from independent artists and bands currently on the rise. It should make for an interesting read.
