Outkast, STP, Fatboy Slim Rock Beyond 2002 Festival

If you can’t make it out to Palm Desert, CA, this year for the spectacular Coachella Festival,
perhaps Miami and the Beyond 2002 Super Festival is a little easier for you to reach. The
three-day event, which will take place April 12-14, will consist of sets from rock acts,
hip-hop supastars and electronic floor shakers. According to billboard.com, the rock world
will be represented by bands such as Stone Temple Pilots, Less Than Jake
and Third Eye Blind, while hip-hop heads will be treated to gigs by
Outkast, Ice-T, Snoop Doog and Method Man. Lastly,
the DJ culture will be out in full force with performances from Fatboy Slim,
Richie Hawtin and Rabbit In The Moon. A three-day pass for the event
will run you $135, with daily entry costing $65 for the event at Bicentennial Park, which will
also feature lifestyle events like skateboarding and BMX demonstrations, as well as DJ
battles and graffiti shows.
