According to the Associated Press, Puddle of Mudd frontman, Wes Scantlin was arrested Sunday as part of an investigation of domestic violence. His girlfriend, Michelle Rubin was also arrested after witnesses saw the couple fighting on the side of Highway 126 in Piru, California. Several witnesses saw a man forcing a woman into a Jeep Cherokee and promptly alerted the authorities. The Jeep was later stopped and the couple arrested. The rocker and his girlfriend were released after posting $20,000 bail. The reason for the argument was undisclosed, though it has been rumored that Rubin has been begging Scantlin to cut his disgusting, long, greasy hair for some time, and may have attempted to take matters into her own hands with an super powered Flo-Bee.
