Cornell Rages Against Ex-Rage Mates

In a bizarre turn of events, Chris Cornell has left his position as lead singer of
Rage Against The Machine, Mk II. The former Soundgarden frontman
has not spoken to the press about the reason for his withdrawal from the project and the
three remaining Ragers have yet to speak out on the subject, as well. However, this
much is known: the band’s spot on Ozzfest this summer is a no go (although
P.O.D., System of a Down, Drowning Pool and the tour founder
are still due to appear), but the album that had been recorded for Epic Records is still
believed to street once the weather gets warm. More news as it is warranted…
