Buffalo, NY-based modern rockers and hit-making songsmiths the Goo Goo Dolls have started firming up dates for their forthcoming North American tour. The spring/summer tour will be in support of the bandís latest Warner Brothers release, Gutterflower, which hit record stores April 9. Only six dates have been confirmed as of yet, the first being a May 23 launch date in Houston, Texas, though more will be announced in the coming weeks. According to Billboard, the Goos taped an episode of VH1ís Storytellers last Friday (April 12) and are scheduled to pay a visit to Carson Daly on Last Call in the near future. Prior to the bandís May 23 tour kick-off, they will get their feet wet at the second annual Fan Nation show in Irvine, CA on April 27 and will also hit the UK for one show in London on May 3.
