Satanís right hand man and star of the best new show on television, Ozzy Osbourne joined some of the biggest names in entertainment history Friday, April 12, when he was honored with his very own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The event was attended by some 3,000 devoted Ozzy followers, including Marilyn Manson and UK pop sensation Robbie Williams, the latter of which lead the crowd in a chant of “Ozzy! Ozzy!.” According to Rolling Stone, the LAPD were forced to shut down a block of Hollywood Boulevard to accommodate Ozzy and his band of followers. For those of you planning on making the pilgrimage to La La land to pay tribute to the metal legendís new star, it is located in front of Ripleyís Believe It or Not on Hollywood Boulevard at Highland Avenue and it neighbors Bob Hope, Judy Garland and Al Jolsen. Osbourne was accompanied to the event by his family of loveable TV characters, who have agreed to let MTV invade their private lives for another season of fun and excitement. Hooray!
