Aussie garage rockers The Vines have laid out their summer tour plans, which, thankfully, include a long stay in the States. Beginning July 9 at an MTV: Live at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame gig, The Vines will proceed to rock our Northern Hemisphere asses on 21 different occasions, including nationally televised spots on The Late Show With David Letterman and Late Night with Conan OíBrien. According to NME, MTV will be championing the bandís Roman Coppola-directed ìGet Freeî video this summer by bestowing upon it the stationís coveted ìBuzzworthyî status. The Vines debut, Highly Evolved, will drop July 16 on Capitol. Donít forget to pick up a copy.
