Sexy alt-country songstress, Neko Case, is readying the release of her third solo effort, entitled Blacklisted. The album will hit the streets via the good people at Chicago-based indie Bloodshot Records on August 20. To prepare, Case will take to the road for a small 7-date tour, including performances at the Lodo Music Festival in Denver on July 12 (which I think celebrates the famed exploits of young Lodo Baggins in the Tolkien classic The Lord of the Rings), and the Guelph Festival in Guelph, ONT on July 27.
