Touch & Go Yell Yeah Yeah Yeahs

NYC-based art punk trio the Yeah Yeah Yeahs have signed a deal with Touch & Go to re-issue their self-titled debut EP, according to Pitchforkmedia.com. The EP, which will hit the streets on July 9, was originally self-released, then, after some low-key support from Strokes frontman Julian Casablancas, was distributed through Revolver. The Yeah Yeah Yeahs are currently overseas rocking some festivals in the UK and the traveling Accelerator festival in Sweden. But never fear, you can catch the up-and-coming trio at the Siren Festival on Coney Island, NY on July 20. Other acts scheduled to perform include Sleater-Kinney, The Shins, and the Donnas.
