Belly Release Sweet Ride ñ The Best Of Rarities, B-Sides Disc

Tanya Donnelly and her old school crew of Belly, will release Sweet Ride ñ The Best Of on July 29 via 4AD. NME reports that classic tracks will be plucked from Star and King, which include “Feed The Tree”, “Geppeto”, a number of B-sides, and a cover of the Jimi Hendrix theme song “Are You Experienced.” Donnelly dropped her solo album, Beauty Sleep, on the same label earlier this year. Before she formed Belly in 1992, Donnelly was a part of Throwing Muses, and before that she was roller skating naked for money in front of 7-11s in Boston…or something to that effect.
