Like your superhero movies? Get ready for a boatload of them in the
coming years. In addition to TWO Batman movies (one about
his origin and one set in a more futuristic time period), another Superman movie, and
films about Catwoman, Wonder Woman and even one
about the bumbling Wonder Twins (the first time Xan
turns into an ice monster truck, I am OUT), comes news of what may
be the daddy of them all: Superman VERSUS
Batman. That’s right, two of your faves duking it out. Warner
Bros. is making the film, which will involve the two super-do-gooders
teaming up to battle evil, yet eventually coming to blows over their
attitudes and ways they go about crime fighting. It’ll be the purity and
good of Superman against the darkness and rage of
Batman. Should make for an interesting soundtrack, at least.
No word on actors for any of the pictures, but if it’s newsworthy, we’ll
make sure you find out.
