Earlier this month, Coldplay announced a short, 8-date US tour for the month of August. Though that tour has yet to begin, the mellow UK rock outfit are so excited about their return to the states that they have booked another, larger venue tour for the month of September. Beginning September 4 in Seattle, WA, Coldplay will hit the road in support of their forthcoming sophomore release, A Rush of Blood to the Head. The highly anticipated album is due August 26 from Capitol.
