Las Vegas beat-happy duo The Crystal Method are hitting the road in celebration of their new mix CD, Community Service. The CD, which features the pair’s own remixes of acts like Garbage and P.O.D., as well as tracks from Orbital and ILS, will be dropped by Ultra Records on July 23. The coinciding DJ tour kicks off four days prior in the twosome’s home town and runs for almost two months, wrapping up in San Diego on September 8. Community Service is the Method’s first foray into the mix CD world, so they returned to their roots and brought the decks out to wow the masses.
