The Virgin Records soundtrack to this summer’s girl power movie, Blue Crush, will feature an eclectic mix of today’s up and coming stars, save for Lenny Kravitz, who has already arrived. N*E*R*D, Doves, Nikka Costa, Beth Orton, Zero 7, and Damian Marley all make valuable contributions. One Virgin artist surprisingly left off the list is Ben Harper. I mean, this is freaking surfing/alternative lifestyle movie, where?s my man Ben?
