Sex Pistols Confirmed for KROQ’s Inland Invasion

As previously reported, alternative superstation KROQ will unleash a punk rock assault on the unsuspecting city of Devore, CA, next month when it hosts the second annual Inland Invasion show. We are now pleased to report that the Sex Pistols, who were a maybe last week, will, in fact, be participating in the mayhem. This will mark the punk pioneers’ first US show since 1996’s Filthy Lucre reunion tour. The Inland Invasion will take place at the 65,000 seat Glen Helen Blockbuster Pavilion on September 14. According to MTV, other acts set to perform include Blink-182, GBH, Bad Religion, X, the Vandals, Unwritten Law, Pennywise, Circle Jerks, the Damned, the Adolescents, the Distillers, and more.
