Car Crash Cancels More Oasis Shows

Unforunately, the taxi-car head-on pile-up that felled three members of Oasis has wreaked further havoc with their tour plans. The band had to axe their show in the city of the crash, Indianapolis, due to the accident and the resulting injuries to Noel Gallagher, Andy Bell and touring keyboardist Jay Darlington, and now have cancelled two successive shows, Friday night in Philadelphia and the show Saturday, August 10, in Boston. Both nights were sold out and any show rescheduling news won’t take place until next week. Gallagher, who was diagnosed with whiplash and shock, has been prescribed painkillers and advised to lay low for the next three days, to heal as much as possible and ward off any long term damage due to the collision. We at thetripwire.com wish our favorite monobrow a safe and speedy recovery.
