As we told you last week, former Verve frontman Richard Ashcroft will release his sophomore album, Human Condition, on October 21 in the UK. Now comes news that the record, which features guest appearances from former Verve drummer Pete Salisbury, drum & bass pioneer Talvin Singh and Beach Boys brainchild Brian Wilson, will drop the next day on Virgin in the US. Considering how brilliant the three Verve records were and how Ashcroft’s solo album was so full of promise, we await this follow-up effort with open arms.
