Cornell/Rage Project Now Dubbed Audioslave

The on-again/off-again saga that is the Chris Cornell and Rage Against The Machine-minus-Zack De La Rocha collaboration looks to be on-again and looks to finally have a name. The band, who had a working title of Civilian before the fallout that led to the pending dissolution of the project (rumored to be based on management problems, as each party had separate management), is now set to proceed under the moniker of Audioslave. Epic Records plans to drop the album early next year, but most of you folks probably heard it when it was leaked on that fan’s website, anyway. Expect to find more information at audioslavemusic.com as it becomes available.
