Beck/Flaming Lips Announce Tour Dates

Everyone’s been talking about it, looking forward to it, and waiting anxiously for details about it. Well, folks, the time has finally come. Beck has announced the first round of tour dates in support of Sea Change and, best of all, he will be taking the The Flaming Lips with him as his backing band. The Lips are expected to serve as the opening act as well on the trek, which kicks off on October 17 in Minneapolis. As previously reported Beck will be appearing on the Tonight Show on September 25 and it is now confirmed that the Lips will accompany him to that event as well. What can we expect from these talented new best friends as they rock across North America? Elaborate production? Goofy bunny suits? Only time will tell, but either way, I can’t wait! Check out the first round of tour dates.
