Elvis Costello Will Drop “New” LP In Time for Fall Tour

Rock & roll legend Elvis Costello has put together a collection of songs recorded during this year’s When I Was Cruel sessions, along with some bonus live material and some unreleased tracks as well. Titled Cruel Smile, the album will hit the shelves on October 1 via Island. According to Rolling Stone, four of the album’s fourteen tracks are actually remixes of When I Was Cruel tunes, but they have all been re-named. The release of Cruel Smile will coincide with Costello’s upcoming US tour, his second of the year. Check out those tour dates and the Cruel Smile track listing.
