The Streets To Hit Our Streets In October

The ska/two-step/streetwise sounds of The Streets will be making their way to our streets come next month. The band, which is the brain child of Birmingham’s Mike Skinner, will jump over the pond for their initial US mini-tour on October 22 for a date in San Francisco. The tour will continue with a stop in Los Angeles before making two stops in New York City, one of which being a private party for Vice Magazine. You will remember that Vice set up an imprint label with Atlantic and The Streets were their first signing. Original Pirate Music, one of the hottest albums in the UK this year, is due to drop on our shores on the day the tour kicks off, October 22.
