Filter Cancels Tour, Frontman Heading To Rehab

It seems those Richard Patrick of Filter dumping-in-the-middle-of-dressing-room rumors may have been a little more deeply-based than initially thought. The band has had to cancel their current tour, as Patrick has decided to check himself into a rehabilitation facility. Their Rellim tour was due to kick off tonight in Minneapolis, but, according to billboard.com, the shows will not go on, as Patrick tries to sort himself out. He issued a statement that read as such: “I want to apologize to all my friends and fans for having to cancel these upcoming shows, but right now I’m concerned about my health and want to get back into the best physical and mental condition to go back on the road next year.” Best of luck to him as he tries to get his life back together.
