Creed Tour Hits Yet Another Snag

After having to reschedule an entire leg of their tour due to an “injury” singer Scott Stapp incurred in an auto accident earlier this year, Creed are now experiencing more problems. Yesterday (10.08.02), the band “postponed” their scheduled date at the Staples Center in LA and, according to Lauch.com, their performance tonight in Sacramento will also be “postponed.” No explanation has been given by the record label or the band as to what the problem might be. When the band cancelled shows in July, there were conflicting reports as to whether or not Stapp was actually injured.

Initial reports said he escaped the crash unharmed, while later reports cited his “injuries” as the reason for the tour re-scheduling. So what’s the deal this time? Is Stapp having problems fitting into is leather pants? Have the good little sheep lost their way? Were there green M&M’s the candy bowl? We may never know.
