New Stephen Malkmus & The Jicks Record On The Way

Matador Record’s site is reporting that Stephen Malkmus & The Jicks will release their second album in March 2003. Malkmus, the former god of Pavement, will no longer tout this project as a ìsoloî effort, as Joanna Bolme (bass) and John Moen (drums) play a major role on the new record titled Pig Lib. SM & The Jicks will release 2003 tour info very soon, and they are scheduled to curate the September 2003 edition of All Tomorrow’s Parties in Asbury Park, NJ.
