Johnny Marr Headed Stateside Next Year

Legendary Smiths axeman Johnny Marr and his new project The Healers will drop their debut album, Boomslang, on February 4 via iMusic. Backing up Marr on the album are Who drummer Zak Starkey and Kula Shaker bassist Alonza Bevan. According to Billboard, a short North American tour will precede the album’s release, beginning January 18 in Philly and ending in West Hollywood on February 3. An MP3 of the track “Down The Corner” is currently available on Marr’s official website. Take a look at the full tour itinerary.
